What is your typical minimum order?
The stated reference for bottled products is 3,000 bottles. The applicable quantity depends on formula, pack count and packaging. Powder and combination-pack projects are assessed separately.
How should I plan the delivery timeline?
The company's current reference is delivery within 30 days after payment. Your quotation should confirm the payment basis, specification and packaging approvals, delivery point and any project-specific requirements.
Can you provide certification information?
Request the documents and scope relevant to your project. Factory qualifications and individual product approvals serve different purposes; destination-market requirements must be considered separately. Halal certification has not yet been obtained.
